The Operations Division handles all areas of   delivering  pre-hospital emergency medical care to the City of Boston.

The Operations Division is broken down into three subdivisions: Field Operations, Field Support, and Emergency Preparedness.

  Superintendent-in-Chief Hooley is assisted by Nancy Laughter and EMT Deborah Acres.
